3150-mcm and powerflex 4/40

this app should be the cats pajamas. PF 4 documentation says write to register 8193 in PF drive to write the speed reference. you also have to set reference source to comm port. all you get is a timeout error. however, setting reference source to internal frequency and writing to register 69 (internal frequency) all is cool.

all of the other reads listed in PF manual work, 8448 thru 8451. neither the 8192 or 8193 writes work at all.

anybody ever done this?

I think you need to confirm your address information with A-B. Anytime you get timeout errors on some commands when others produce data, it is most likely an addressing problem.
