4607-RIO-HART config upload/download
Has anyone else had problems uploading a config file from a RIO-HART gateway? Using hyperterminal or ProLinx Config Utility I am getting a config file with missing (blank) parameters which cannot be true as the module is currently communicating correctly with all transmitters and the RIO. In hyperterminal the text becomes garbled and full of errors even when calling up the menu. Using a Dell Inspiron 2500 laptop w/serial port (not USB to serial).

Tipically this problem is caused by a faulted power supply (lot of noise). Maybe the power supply works well with some devices but it puts too much noise on the serial line. I would like to get more information about this case. If is posible call us to the support numbers and use your last case number.
