Upgrade Link Down?
I'm trying to update my ProLinx 4201-DFNT-DFCM to version 2.4 and my manual keeps telling me to go here: http://www.prolinxgateways.com/upgrade_240 . But I keep getting a "The page cannot be found" error. Does anyone know where I can get a 2.4 version upgrade?
Disregard, I read the other thread about upgrading and I noticed that the upgrade is not given out anymore.

ProSoft no longer offers the ProLinx Operating System 2.4 Upgrade for field use. We have found that, even if done according to instructions, if an error occurs during transfer, the ProLinx module could be rendered inoperable. Once this happens, the only way to fix it is to send it back to ProSoft so it can be restored to normal function.
Also, some older ProLinx modules were not hardware-compatible with the new 2.4 OS. To bring them up to standard for use with the 2.4 OS, module hardware must be replaced. If a user tried the OS Upgrade on one of these modules, it would be rendered inoperable and would have to be returned for restoration or upgrade.
Therefore, if you have a ProLinx module that requires upgrading from Operating System versions older than 2.4, we now require that the modules be returned to us for the upgrade.
